Video Controls
While we’re at it, let’s take a look at the small symbols in the video at the bottom right and explain what the others mean:
The first icon 
is used to change the playback speed of the video. Each click on this icon changes the speed according to the following list (clicking on the last entry returns to the first one): 1x – 1.25x – 1.5x – 2x – 0.5x – 0.75x – 1x
We have already explained the second symbol above.
The third and fourth icons 
belong together; they are used to control the volume. Clicking on the loudspeaker symbol switches the sound playback to „mute“, clicking again switches it back on. The volume of the video can be adjusted continuously using the slider – regardless of the computer’s setting options.
The ascending 
bars indicate the video quality.
The last symbol 
is used to extend the video playback to full screen. Pressing the [ESC] escape key (on a Windows PC) or clicking on the screen takes you back to the previous display in the window.
